Vanilla Chamomile Lassi

Sip this creamy vanilla chamomile lassi as a gentle wake-up first thing in the morning or as a soothing drink before bed. It has just a hint of banana and maple syrup so just mildly sweet.

1 c. milk or plant-based yogurt

1/2 c. milk any type

1 bag vanilla chamomile tea from Healing House Herbs with the tea emptied from the bag

3 t. maple syrup

1 small banana cut into 3 chunks

1 c. ice

pinch of salt

Makes 2-3 servings.

Place ingredients in a blender as listed. Blend until smooth. Strain if desired. Sweeten to taste.
