Make your coffee or tea fancy with frothy milk. This isn't hard to do and makes tea fancy.
If you have a French press this process is even easier or try a blender as well.
To make hot, frothy milk for hot tea, heat up milk of your choice and pour it into a French press. Then move the French press plunger up and down until the milk doubles in volume. To make cold frothy milk, like cold foam at Starbucks, it is even easier. Just add cold milk into a French press and pump about 40 times until milk foams up.
Earl Grey Latte can be made with Lavender Earl Grey or White, Grey, Black from Healing House Herbs.
(Black tea flavored with bergamot, a citrus fruit from Italy)
1 1/2 cups water
4 teaspoons of above-mentioned tea or Earl Grey or 1 teabag
4 t. brown sugar
2 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c milk of choice
Boil water. Combine tea and just boiled water in a teapot to brew for 5 minutes.
Make frothed milk. Heat milk to simmer on low. Do not boil. Pour milk 1/2 way up into a French press. Pump plunger until milk doubles in volume. Another way to heat milk is 15 seconds at a time in a microwave safe cup.
Strain tea and pour into cups and stir in sugar and vanilla. Pour milk from French press into cup and enjoy.
