2 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c lemon water (use fresh lemons to get more Vitamin C and squeeze 1-2 lemons into water)
2 tea bags (Be Calm, Bright, Body Wellness, Chelle's Dandelion, Focus, Refresh, Sipping Mint are good)
2 tea bags Peaches or Peach Hibiscus
2 T. sweetener
Combine lemon water and tea into saucepan and heat over low heat. Make sure tea bags are fully in the water and not floating on top. Heat to simmer for 5 minutes. Do not boil.
Remove tea bags and add sweetener. Garnish with mint and a lemon wedge. Pour into a large glass and enjoy.
