I wasn't sure about this recipe, but it turned out really good. Try it for something refreshing and different. I made this for my friend Holly who has a Chocolate Mint plant in her garden.
1 Tablespoon chocolate tea or 2 tea bags brewed in 8 oz of just boiled water, strained and cooled. (I like Healing House Herbs Black Chocolate)
3/4 oz. loose pack mint leaves
1 lime juiced
12 oz cream soda chilled
16 ice cubes
Can also add sweetener of choice to taste.
Muddle mint and lime juice in a pitcher, add cooled tea and cream soda and stir gently to mix. Serve over ice.
