For Babies, you can put this tea into their bottles or by dropperful or 1 teaspoon full 3 times per day. Older children, for example 6-10 years old may have 1/4 - 1/2 c 3 times per day. Ingredients: chamomile, catnip, lemon balm and oatstraw
Instructions: Combine all herbs in a 1-quart pot and cover with boiling water and stir well. Cover and steep 15-20 minutes. Strain and refrigerate up to 3 days.
