Ingredients: hibiscus, mint and lemongrass
Instructions: Bring 2 quarts water to boil, turn off heat, and add herbs. Steep covered 20 minutes. Strain. Put 1/2 c chopped pineapple, 2 organic oranges sliced, 1 papaya sliced, 1 mango sliced into 2 quart jar or pitcher and pour tea over. Refrigerate covered overnight. Serve.
