8 ounces of Turmeric tea brewed
1/2 t. turmeric powder
1-2 T. coconut milk powder
1 T. molasses
1/4 t. ginger powder
1/2 t. cinnamon powder
1/4 t. Himalayan salt
1 drop lemon essential oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until combined and serve. Top with black pepper to enhance flavors and benefits.
