Simple Electrolyte Blend

This simple drink is especially needed when there is a risk of dehydration, including vomiting, diarrhea, fevers or excessive sweating.

1 quart water

1/2 teaspoon good salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2-3 tablespoons honey

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix all ingredients together. If the blend does not mix well stir frequently over very low heat.

Drink frequently in sips to restore your electrolytes.
