Rehydrate with Popsicles!

Sometimes you can't wait for summer.

Chamomile is amazing and one of my all-time favorites. It can soothe a distressed child or adult, calms tummy troubles, and provide support during colds or flus.

Hibiscus flower is high in Vitamin C and has a great tart taste. Also, it turns popsicles a great color.

This mixture can rehydrate the body and can also be used when recovering from any kind of stomach illness such as diarrhea, upset stomach or even vomiting. Chamomile can soothe the entire digestive tract, and yogurt is a good source of probiotics.

2 Tablespoons dried Chamomile or Chamomile Vanilla tea

1 Tablespoon dried Hibiscus or Hibiscus tea

1 1/4 c boiling water.

1 cup yogurt or dairy free yogurt, flavor is up to you.

Honey to taste or agave

Pinch of salt

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Popsicle mold or paper cup and popsicle stick

Make tea using Chamomile or Hibiscus by pouring water over the herbs or tea bag or loose tea, cover and let steep 5 minutes.

Strain if herbs are loose and/or remove bags.

Add honey to taste or agave and stir well.

Add pinch of salt.

Add lemon juice.

Cool.

Add yogurt and mix well.

Pour into molds and freeze.

Enjoy.
