Pumpkin Turmeric Overnight Oats

Packed with good things in pumpkin and turmeric to nourish and anti-inflammatory help for our bodies as well as antioxidant benefits. Turmeric also helps keep blood sugar levels steady.

2-3 bags Turmeric Glow, Ginger Turmeric Wellness or Chelle's Dandelion Tea

1/2 ripe banana

2 c. milk of choice

1 t. agave, honey or maple syrup

1/2-15 oz can or 2/3 c pumpkin

1 c. rolled oats

2 T. chia seeds or hemp hearts

1/4 c. raisins

Splash of vanilla

1/8 t. Pumpkin pie spice

Place tea bags into milk over medium heat and bring to boil. Turn off heat, cover, and let steep 8-10 minutes. Remove tea bags and cool.

Mash banana in a bowl, add pumpkin and combine. Add chia or hemp, raisins, pumpkin pie spice, sweetener if desired, and splash of vanilla. Stir well. Add oats and tea and combine.

Place mixed ingredients into Mason jars and cover and place into refrigerator overnight.

Enjoy in the morning!! Eat to your health.
