2 cups kale frozen
1 stalk of celery chopped
1 small apple cored and chopped
16 oz. tea strained and chilled (good choices could be Chelle's Dandelion, Cinnamon Apple Tulsi, Hibiscus Berry, Peach Hibiscus, Lemon, Moringa, Peaches, Tasty Nettle, Vanilla Pau d'arco, Sipping Mint, Golden Apple Green, Ginger Turmeric Wellness or?)
1/2 lemon juiced
1 T. ginger or mint, optional
1/2 banana sliced and frozen
4 ice cubes
Place all in your blender until smooth. Enjoy!
