Today's herb: Lemon Balm


Lemon Balm or Melissa Officinalis is a native of southern Europe. Melissa in Greek means "honey bee".

Once known as a cure-all, lemon balm was popular in potions to preserve youthfulness.



This herb will keep us buzzing around again with more vitality. It is attuned to our kidneys and urinary tract to cleanse toxins and renew strength. Beeee happy!


This herb is a tonic for our nervous system and may alleviate tension and anxiety. It also soothes the digestive tract.


This wholesome herb can be taken regularly for antiviral and antibacterial protection and help keep allergic attacks at bay.
