Not just for breakfast but for an afternoon pick-me-up thanks to the antioxidants in green tea and spinach and the inti-inflammatory properties of the turmeric and vitamin C rich mango.
1 c. green tea from Healing House Herbs, brewed with 1 bag or 1 teaspoon loose and cooled.
2 1/4 c. frozen or fresh mango
2 c. firm pack spinach
1 t. ginger ground
1/4 t. turmeric powder
pinch of salt
2 t. sweetener of choice
2 ice cubes
Makes 2 servings
Place ingredients in the blender as listed.
Blend until smooth and add more ice if preferred.
Sweeten to taste.
