A fun idea for guests is a make your own iced tea bar with fruits and herbs.
Boil 5 quarts of water and gather 3 different types of tea with 5 bags each type. Examples could be 5 bags each hibiscus, black tea like Moroccan mint, and green tea.
Steep 5 bags each 45 minutes to 1 hour in 3 different bowls with equal amounts of just boiled water in each bowl. A bowl helps the tea cool faster.
Set up a small bowl of sliced fruits such as peaches, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Lemon and lime slices in a small bowl. Cucumbers would be fun in a bowl. Fresh herbs such as mint and lemon balm would be delicious.
Have glasses, ice, tongs and spoons ready and perhaps straws.
