Cucumber smoothie?

This smoothie will cleanse inside and out and refresh at the same time. Tasty and healthy!

One herbal tea bag of choice or 1/2 teaspoon herbal tea brewed in 1 cup of just boiled water for 5-7 minutes. (Herbal teas with lemon are really good.)

Strain loose tea or remove tea bags and cool.

Peel one average cucumber and cut into bite sized pieces. Add banana, frozen pineapple, apple, spinach leaves if you choose for add ins. Yogurt is also good and makes the smoothie really smooth and thick. Splash of lemon or lime juice is really tasty.

Place cooled tea, cucumber, and add ins, add pinch of salt and 10 ice cubes into blender and blend until smooth. (Smoothie can be refrigerated in a closed container for 1 day. Shake and serve.)
