Black Tea Mocktail



3 oz. black tea concentrate *

1/2 oz vanilla syrup

1 oz unsweetened light coconut milk (from a can)


Combine syrup, coconut milk in a blender. Blend on high until well blended. Add 4-5 ice cubes and blend briefly.


Garnish with an orange peel twist or a shake of cinnamon.


* Black tea concentrate enough for 3-4 drinks.

8 oz just boiled water

3 T of loose leaf black tea like English Breakfast


Combine water and tea and steep uncovered for 6 minutes. Strain and let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate.


An alternative to vanilla syrup would be to use sweetener of choice and dash of vanilla extract.
